Levies and Charges

Levies and Charges are reviewed at the end of each year.

Parents/Guardians may be eligible for Student Assistance (STAS), which waives their child's levies for the year.  

2024 Levies:

Kinder $195
Prep to Year 2 $240
Years 3 - 6 $270
Year 7 - 12 $480

Student Assistance Form (for levies)

STAS provides financial assistance for eligible families, by waiving the cost of school levies. Levies include costs for items and services that are
required to complete the normal educational instruction at the school

Families who are eligible for a Centrelink Health Care Card, Centrelink Low Income Health
Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card will be eligible for STAS.

Your eligibility for STAS will be assessed based on whether you hold a Centrelink Health Care Card, Centrelink
Low Income Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card.

Student Assistance applications for 2024 close in August, applications for 2025 can commence from October 2024.

Most parents who currently receive STAS will not need to provide any additional information. If further
information is required, we will make contact with you during Term 4.

Centrelink Deductions

Download a Centrepay Deductions Form

Payments can be automatically deducted from Centrelink payments and applied against students levies and other invoices.
Please complete both sections of the form (link above) and bring into one of the school offices.

1. Centrepay Deduction Form (pages 1 and 2)
Authorises Centrepay to make deductions from your Centrelink payment and forward those monies on to the Department of Education on your behalf

2. Department of Children, Education and Young People (DECYP) Allocation Form (page 3)
Informs the Department which school and student the payment is to be applied against.
